A three-day Business Conference aimed at equipping trainees and facilitators of CEED with soft skills that can meet their personal and entrepreneurial developmental needs has been held at Adidome. It was organized by International Needs Ghana in partnership with Northbrook Church and International Needs USA.
The participants were taken through sessions in Work Ethics, Emotional Awareness, Customer Service, Social Marketing. Additionally, each of the three skill areas had some specific training as follows:
Makeup artistry - Cosmetology
Preparation of smoothies - Hospitality Management
Belt production - Fashion Design
